Responsibilities:

• Spearhead AI feature research and development, with a focus on enhancing and innovating Prompting Frameworks.
• Play a pivotal role in developing conversational bots, multi-agent systems, and knowledge graphs, ensuring seamless integration within our ecosystem.
• Utilize data to inform decisions, overseeing A/B testing and translating metrics into actionable insights.
• Offer strategic insights to shape business direction, with an emphasis on return on investment, trend analysis, and technological progress.
• Champion Team Education by fostering a culture of collaboration, sharing advanced AI knowledge, and elevating team capabilities in AI and autonomous agents.

Key Qualifications & Technologies:

• Expertise in TypeScript/Python, with skills in text processing, semantic search, and related technologies.
• Solid understanding of generative AI, LLM applications, and Prompt Engineering.
• Experience with OpenAI, Huggingface, Vector Databases, and familiarity with the LangChain ecosystem is desirable.
• Proficiency in both English and Polish, coupled with excellent communication skills.
• A team player with a willingness to share knowledge, accept feedback, and possess an ownership mindset characterized by analytical thinking and creativity.
